How can I find the right size for my glasses?
The dimensions for each model are provided on our product pages, including lens width, bridge length, and temple length. This information allows you to easily compare with a pair of glasses that already fit you well. If you have any doubts, our customer service will be happy to advise you.
Caring for your bag
Clean your bag with a soft, dry cloth after use. Avoid prolonged contact with water, moisture, and chemicals. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. For leather models, occasionally use a suitable leather conditioner.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are free within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it immediately at no cost. Shipping costs are covered for returns due to manufacturing defects. For customers in Switzerland, returns are processed quickly. Please contact our customer service team at support@beautyismylegacy.com to initiate a return or exchange. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.
Are your products authentic and do they come with a warranty?
All of our products are 100% authentic and come directly from selected manufacturers. We guarantee the quality of each item with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, including stitching, hardware, and material integrity. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care is not covered.
